X-WR-CALDESC:In collaboration with the faculty at Ho Hospital in Ghana\, we
  have established an additional fellowship program to train fellows in Fem
 ale Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) and to educate resi
 dents in gynecologic surgery. Recognizing that teaching a skill is more im
 pactful than performing a task on someone’s behalf is essential. This init
 iative marks the beginning of a self-sustaining\, self-reliant FPMRS teach
 ing program in Ho—the fourth such fellowship in Ghana.\n\nThe primary goal
  of this trip is to enhance current trainees' surgical skills and expand t
 heir knowledge of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
