X-WR-CALDESC:I will be joining a gynecologic surgical team to provide much-
 needed female pelvic reconstructive surgery as the team’s sole pelvic reco
 nstructive surgeon. While there is a urogynecology service available in Ho
 nduras\, the number of urogynecologic specialists in the country is likely
  very limited\, as there is currently no established specialty in this fie
 ld.\n\nMy goal is to serve and surgically treat as many women as possible 
 who are suffering from pelvic floor disorders such as vaginal prolapse\, u
 rinary incontinence\, and vaginal fistulas.\n\nI am deeply grateful to be 
 part of this mission and remain hopeful that we will successfully achieve 
 our shared goal of improving women's health and quality of life.\n\n
